Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Eric J. Fernandez & Co. is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative individual to join our team.  This position will require a professional positive attitude and possess good people skills and excellent phone presence.  This position will include various duties including filing, handling mail, making copies, entering confidential client information into our computer system, etc.  The receptionist must be organized, dependable and confident. 
Bilingual, Spanish, a plus.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years Receptionist/Administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal organizational skills
Ability to multitask without compromising on quality
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple telephone lines, printers, photocopy machines, fax machine, etc.
